I love the whole on site portion of construction; once the planning is done, decisions have been made, the contracts are signed and now the construction can begin... watching a project come out of the ground and everything in between until you can hand over the project to an eager, appreciative happy owner who has just watched their dreams become reality. 

What is the Best Piece of Advice You’ve Been Given 

“Fix the problem, not the blame” is always good advise as well as the old saying “God gave us two ears and only one mouth therefore we should spend twice as much time listening as talking”
